The Liberal Party Should Counter Sue Harper for Slander

Since Mr. Harper knows that sponsorship program + media coverage * messing with the voting publics emotions = polling nirvana, it would be natural for him squander Canadian taxpayers money to keep this item in the news. Don't forget he wanted to fight an entire election in May of 2005 based one day of testimony in the Gomery Commission.

This is what Frank Luntz is telling him, the same Frank Luntz that tells Tom Delay that the "Jack Abramoff Scandal" has nothing to do with the day to day governing of the country, therefore it is no reason to vote Democrat in November's elections.

All we ever hear from our Prime Minister is "How corrupt the Liberals are". Come on. I am so sick of this. I believe the grassroot members of the Liberal Party should serve Mr. Harper with court papers for slander based on abuse of power. You would think that the Leader of our Government could show some class and go about his business nicely. No instead he chooses to play partisan politics.

Maybe the Harper Government could sue the Ontario PCs for all the money lost in the sale of Hydro One and the 407. He could move west and sue the BC NDP for "Bingogate". The possibilites are endless.

I agree. The CPC defames all 200,000+ Liberal party members as dishonest. It is shocking that the MSM falls for this. The MSM should not report on HArper's hysterical oer-reaching.

we should let them sue . . show them we have the balls to defend a program that might have been badly administered but was not misguided.

This could be the start of a comeback in Quebec, which we really need for victory.

Actually - I think that a class action civil suit to retrieve stolen funds would be launched against each of the Liberal Party's provincial organizations on behalf of the people of Canada as we were the ones who were the legal owners of the funds that may have been stolen.

It may nave nothing to do with the elected Liberals unless they were directors of the provincial parties.

I really don't care what you have to say Dennis, and that's why I delete your comments. This blog is meant to inspire and motivate my fellow Liberals, not engage in debate.
